What Is The HORSESHOE BAY "Maintenance Fund"?

The Maintenance Fund is the entity created to collect and distribute the maintenance fees.

Am I Required To Pay An Annual Maintenance Fee?

Yes, as outlined in your Homeowners/Property Owners Association Governing Documents.

Maintenance Fees can increase or decrease based on the Consumer Price Index each year. Maintenance Fees are billed annually each year in October or December for the upcoming year and are due by January 1st of the applicable year. Fees that are not paid by July 1st of the applicable year will have a lien placed on the property and be charge an administration fee.

Please note that accounts will be assessed a $5.00 fee for each partial payment received. Note:TFP = Transaction Fee Payment.

Maintenance Certificates are to ensure that properties are up to date with fees prior to new buyers closing on properties.


All request will need to be on the below form and emailed to Maintenance Certificates will be emailed back to the requester according to the below schedule:


Ordered by 5:00pm:             Completed by end of business day or sooner

The fee is $50 per certificate.


New Rush Fee Policy - Any certificate needing to be completed within 2 business days or less will be $100.00 per certificate.

Subordination fee is $50 per request. 

Payments may be made to The Maintenance Fund office by either paying each certificate individually or by monthly statement sent to you at the end of the month.
